THIS IS THE EXTERIOR BACK OF THE PARKMAN HOUSE
A PROGRESSIVE 1948 SPLIT LEVEL THAT HADN’T BEEN UPDATED IN 60 YEARS. IT HAD A GREAT INTRINSIC FLOOR PLAN AND WAS ASPIRING TO BE HAVE ITS FEET FIRMLY SET IN THE MID CENTURY. THE GOAL WAS TO KEEP THE GREAT ASPECTS OF THE 40’S-50’S MATERIALS THAT EXISTED IN THE HOME AND REPURPOSE MATERIALS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE DURING THE PROCESS OF TAKING THE HOME DOWN TO THE STUDS.
